 FAQs for TRISTAN ARTS Products & Online Programs

1:ORDERS

HOW DO I ORDER TRISTAN ARTS PRODUCTS?

  • TRISTAN ARTS DVD-ROMs AND CDs

To order a physical product, go to the ordering page for a DVD-ROM program or music CD. After you complete the order, you should expect the item to arrive within 10 - 14 business days. If your order has not arrived within that time frame, feel free to contact us. Give us the name of the product and the date of the order, and an order number. 

  • ONLINE PROGRAMS

Go to our separate website, Tristan Arts Online (www.tristanartsonline.com), and go to a program such as Multimedia Orchestration Online. There you will need to create an account with a username and password, and payment information. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. Once you have completed the order and submitted your payment information, you will have access to the program and its features. If you encounter problems with your account, please consult the FAQs associated with the online program. If you are unable to resolve the problem, you may contact support@tristanarts.com. We will do our best to respond within 48 to 72 hours. 

As a note, each online account is available to one user under a single user name and password. Other users will need to create separate accounts and payment options. Multiple users using the same account and username is a violation of our policies and may result in an account termination without refund.  

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER LEARNING INSTITUTIONS?

2:SHIPPING

We encourage colleges, universities, and other learning institutions to use our programs as part of the curriculum.
We are happy to work with institutions to create discounts available to students at a particular institution, generally for 6 students or more.  Multimedia Orchestration Online is geared for use both in and outside the classroom, and may be adopted or used as supplementary materials. For classes with 6 or more students, generally we will work with institutions to set up special rates as agreed upon by Tristan Arts and the instructor / institution. Please contact us for more information if you would like to receive a classroom / institution discount for Multimedia Orchestration Online. E-mail us at sales@tristanarts.com and please indicate the title and/ or content of the course, the number of students, and the name of the learning institution, and the best way to reach you either by phone and/or e-mail. 

I'VE RECEIVED A PRODUCT OR SIGNED UP ONLINE, BUT I'M HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. WHAT DO I DO?

3:GIFT SHIPPING

  • TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS FOR DVD-ROM If you purchased a DVD-ROM, make certain your computer has a recent version of QuickTime (4 or higher), is running Windows XP, 7, 8 or higher or Mac OS-X or higher, the screen resolution is is 1024 by 768 pixels, and there is at least 2 MB of RAM. If you still having problems, contact us at support@tristanarts.com and we will troubleshoot a solution. 

 

  • TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS FOR ONLINE PROGRAMS (such as Multimedia Orchestration Online) To run our online programs make certain you are using an updated browser. We recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. You will also need to have an adequate sound system (speakers, sound card, etc.).  Your system's resources and RAM will also affect performance, and the greater the resources and RAM the better the performance of the online programs. If the program stalls, exit the browser, and open the browser and login again. Also, to improve performance close other windows / tabs in the same browser while using our online programs.
